Rod Class obtained seals from the US Senate and the US House of Representatives as Private Attorney General, and Constitutional Public Bounty Hunter. He has acknowledgement from the U.S. Government, and from the U.S. Marshals regarding his credentials.
Rod Class is a disabled Navy veteran, serving as a medic and surgical technician from 1972 -1975 in both Vietnam and Stateside.
On February 21, 2018 the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES gave the opinion in Class vs. UNITED STATES. Holding: A guilty plea, by itself, does not bar a federal criminal defendant from challenging the constitutionality of the statute of conviction on direct appeal. Rod Class won his case on appeal based on his legal studies and expertise.
For about 30 years Rod has educated people in what actually is, and not in what you are told it is. Rod says there are rules, there’s their job description, their legalese language, and there’s the Congressional intent of what the law actually is! Rod claims: I won my Supreme Court case on the foundation of my documents, not the law firm who handled the case. If you know anything about the courts, only documents which are filed can be addressed. This in itself is the foundation of my wins. They cannot be rebutted.
