Fiduciary Awareness
In 1990 we began as a real estate sales and service firm before becoming a real estate brokerage in 1998. As a real estate brokerage, we fully engaged in community services and education as it relates to real estate sales. We worked with sellers interested in trading their current property for re-investment purposes or buyers looking to aquire a first time property or experienced investors interested in market trends for income purposes.
We served on the commission of the community development commission of Los Angeles County for three years from April 2002-2005 and commission chair from April 2004-2005.
We contracted with the City of Los Angeles in the Los Angeles World Airways (LAX) expansion project in 2004-2006 as an acquisition broker. We were instructors at Anthony Professional Schools helping students learn real estate principles and finance for the purpose of preparing for the real estate licensing exam. In 2008 we were called to duty by the Los Angeles Superior Court Probate Division as conservator, professional fiduciary and trustee.
As a conservator, professional fiduciary and trustee we developed the knowledge and skills to successfully manage the lives of those who were incapacitated for one reason or the other. We are licensed in california and nationally certified to work in any and all states in our union.
