Open Source Jurisdiction
The Office of Administrative Hearing (OAH) deal with State Government office. State Agencies are any thing under the executive branch of government .
Once the Attorney General claims that these Public offices are under the jurisdiction of the OAH and the OAH agree that they have no jurisdiction these Offices now become vacant. This is now fraud.
this mean they cannot claim they represent the State in the court rooms or on the street
